This would be the home page for your site. The inside pages would be identical. Simply do a file-->save as--> and give this page a new name for it to become one of the inside pages. You can change the background color on the buttons to indicate which page the viewer is currently looking at - as we did with the "home" link.

To add more buttons at left, simply insert a table row for each new button. To remove the opt-in email form, simply delete that table row. If you use the opt-in newsletter form, be sure to include an action in the <form> tag.
